Parudeesa , our architecture design studio space is more than just a place where work gets done; it is an ecosystem in itself. Just as a city thrives on the interconnectivity of its various systems, an office thrives when all its elements work in harmony. Parudeesa, an innovative architecture office, has taken this concept to heart and has improved workplace design by incorporating biophilic design principles and sustainable practices. The heart of the design is a central courtyard featuring a scenic waterscape and an aviary with finches and cockatiels, around which all office spaces revolve. The use of reused materials like wood and repurposed bamboo mats reflects a commitment to sustainability. Textured walls, polished concrete floors, jaali walls and indoor plants contribute to a refreshing environment engineered to withstand humidity. "Parudeesa" defies traditional office norms with an open-air theater for events, connecting seamlessly to a strategically placed pantry. This unconventional design prioritizes employee comfort, well-being, and community, marking a paradigm shift towards office ecologies that transcend the conventional workspace.
